Welcome to Arabian Outpost. Please find the following information regarding shipping, payment and returns below. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will respond within 24 hours during business days. 

Ordering

We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment for your order during local business days (Sunday through Thursday).  If you need expedited service, we will do our best to accommodate you.  You will receive an email confirming your order.  You will also receive an email confirming the shipping of your order with a tracking number (if applicable).

How to order:

A. Ordering through the shopping cart and secured checkout:. Please use shopping card to add/update items; then, proceed to checkout.  At checkout, you will have the option to pay directly by credit card or by Paypal. 

B.  Ordering by e-mail:  If you prefer, you can send us an email with details of what you' would like to order to [email protected]. We acknowledge all email orders, and confirm price, postage costs and availability. It is possible to pay by Western Union. Moneygram, or by wire transfer. We will send your instructions upon receipt of your order. 

Shipping

We ship from the Sultanate of Oman to most places in the world using parcel post unless requested otherwise. Shipping is calculated by weight.  Transportation times vary by carrier. 

Postal Timings:

A. Parcel Post: (Estimated delivery time: 14-28 days)

B. EMS - International Shipping  (Estimated delivery time: 10-14 days)

C. Aramex, FedEx or DHL - Express Shipping (Estimated delivery time: 3-10 days). By special request only.

*Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer for the paying of taxes, VAT, custom duties or tariffs, etc. upon receiving the products.

E.  International Customers

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.” We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Payment

1. Currently, we are using Paypal to accept payments through major credit cards and to  accept funds. Pay securely with a PayPal balance, credit card, or bank account. One does not need a Paypal account to pay using a major credit card at checkout.   

2. We also accept payments through Western Union and MoneyGram. 

Return Policy

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to ten (10) days from the date you receive your order. 

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, unused and in the original box and/or packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns must be shipped by recorded delivery. We cannot accept returns on perfume that is not in the original box with seals and plastic wrapping intact. Nor, can we accepted returns for any cosmetic products or henna.
